Safe manual handling techniques are a necessity to work in many Irish businesses. For compliance with the rules around health and safety in the workplace, taking part in a certified manual handling course is all but a must for most places of work in Ireland. Our instructors are trained to the highest standard and can give you all of the guidance your staff need for a manual handling certificate which is valid for 3 years. Although some companies offer an online manual handling training, we deal with you in person to cover all of the topics around workplace safety. Our course is designed to help those who perform manual handling tasks in the course of their work and is a legal requirement as part of your health and safety training. All training meets HSA standards.
All of our courses are completed on-site at your company's workplace and cover best practices, manual handling tasks, proper lifting techniques and more as listed below. We can offer courses all over Ireland including the top manual handling course Dublin has. Upon successful completion of the safety course, we will issue your staff with a safety certificate showing they are in compliance with workplace safety regulations. This certificate can be used all over Ireland, from Dublin to Dundalk and in the UK also. We don't offer online training.
On the day of the training we will begin the safety training with by covering the manual handling theory course and exam. After this, we will have a demonstration of the correct lifting methods followed by practical training. Once completed we will have a practical assessment of what your employees have learned and if you can demonstrate the correct lifting techniques. If they pass then we can issue them with a certificate.
